1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website heredivante.com (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Heredivante S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71856234-8, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use the Platform.

Heredivante is an educational platform dedicated to financial literacy. We provide informative content, analytical articles, guidance tools, and educational resources on personal finance, savings, investment, and economic planning adapted to the Argentine context. All content is strictly educational and informational in nature.
3. Exclusion of financial services
Heredivante is NOT a financial entity, nor a clearing and settlement agent, nor an investment advisor registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV). 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
